To achieve this balance, we work with each of our clients to determine the level of service needed at a price they can afford.  Whether it be daily, weekly, or monthly services, we will tailor an approach to suit your business needs. We offer all levels of service, from set-up & periodic check-ups, to taking care of the “shoebox” full of receipts, bank statements, bills & invoices.  If you need us in your office, we can do that.  However, today’s technologies offer a myriad of ways to work remotely with secure data & file transfer.  Working remotely offers huge savings of time & resources, but we are happy to pick-up & deliver in the Tri-Cities area too!

Logic & Ledgers is 100% US based.  We do not subcontract our services, all work is done in-house.

How We Do It

Your Place or Ours?  If your business is in the Columbia Basin or surrounding areas, we can do both!  If you prefer to have us in your office on a periodic basis, we can do that.  If you are open to how “the cloud” can save you time, we can do everything remotely.  And, for those who would like a little of both, we offer pick-up & delivery of your documents & reports.  However, even our local remote clients get to see us once a quarter for “check-ins” & “check-ups”.

Our engagements vary as much as our clients do.  Some need us to set-up & configure their QuickBooks file, train them how to use it, then check in every so-often.  Others hand us their “shoebox” of receipts, invoices, statements, & deposit slips each month & we take care of the rest…in goes the shoebox, out comes monthly financial statements!  Of course, there is a “happy medium” in all things, & that goes for bookkeeping too.  During the initial consultation, we determine together what your business needs & go from there.

 

Logic & Ledgers staff are not  certified public accountants (CPA) & we highly recommend that you seek the advice of a CPA &/or Tax Advisor each year.  However, we can work closely with your CPA or Tax Advisor to keep you up-to-date through-out the year.  Our mission is to provide the monthly mechanics of your small business accounting & bookkeeping, then “put a bow on it” come tax time & hand-off to your advisor.
